In this exercise, the aim is to focus on triple tonguing (DGD), but as a double tongue action (DGD GDG). I have kept to a fairly simple system here, where we can explore exactly what it is that our minds and muscles need to cope with. The more relaxed and free the throat is, the greater the chances of success. As we are attempting to train both brain and tongue to work together, slow and simple would appear to be the preferred start to this form of triple tonguing.
